IT Support and Knowledge Manager

Applications including a cover letter, curriculum vitae, copies of diplomas (original copies of diplomas will be asked of candidates called for an interview), and three letters of recommendation should be sent by electronic mail (e-mail) before March 25, 2012.

The IT Support and Knowledge Manager is bound by obligations of reserve and discretion.
Under the authority of the Director and the Program Coordinator, the IT Support and
Knowledge Manager participates in the evolution, implementation and monitoring of the
architecture of the system of information, taking into account strategic directions.
During the development of specifications, he/she will indicate the operational needs of the
institute. Daily, he/she must ensure the smooth running of IT projects. To do this, he/she must list the priorities in terms of development and communicate the objectives to the
program coordinator. He/she will facilitate change by the organizing trainings and conceiving designs. He/she must anticipate the needs of users.
