Part of the African Governance Institute’s mission includes development and capacity strengthening in terms of governance in Africa as well as creating a network of those involved.

With this in mind the Mapping section aims to create a ‘map’ of institutions and experts working on governance in Africa. It is organised into four sections:

 African Governance Architecture’s Diagram ;
 Organisations by type (African International Organisations, Regional Economic Communities, International Organisations, Think Tanks and Research Centres and other governance stakeholders in Africa);
 Organisations by geographical location ;
 A directory of Experts.
