Transport Economist and Planner with cross competences on all the transport aspects (river and maritime transport for cargo or ferries/cruising, railway and urban transportation).

With experience in issues regarding pricing policy, regulation and deregulation of the transportation sector (key competence in railway transport deregulation in Europe and indeed in France)

Producing a wide range of transports studies and implementing infrastructure projects (market definition, transport strategy definition and planning, transport schemes plans, multimodal traffic modelling, infrastructure auditing, cost control, financial simulation either for investments or exploitation).

Experienced in multimodal transport aspects with sound expertise regarding:

  • Worldwide global containers traffic schemes with focus on Mediterranean schemes,

  • Short sea shipping (SSS) sustained by EC transport policy,
